ORIX Rent-A-Car provides a ETC Card Rental Service for customers. The ETC Card Rental Service is only available to customers picking up and dropping off cars at the following branches listed below. This service is not available to customers picking up and dropping off cars at other branches.

Please ensure that the renter (applicant) performs the rental
procedure in person at the Pickup Branch. Persons other than the
renter (applicant) cannot perform the rental procedure. Incidentally,
passengers that possess a valid Japanese driving license can also
drive the rental car.
